Founding of WELLCOTEC (distribution of solariums)

The current managing director of WELLCOTEC, Hermann Fütterer, founded his first company in the beauty industry: a sales and service company for solariums, and quickly became a sales partner for global market leaders such as Ergoline and JK.

Change of ownership at CALLEGARI

New ownership by the Catellani Group Company, which represents a turning point in the company's history.

market leader for point-of-care devices in healthcare

Within five years, Callegari has established itself as a leading provider of point-of-care devices for the pharmacy healthcare sector.

WELLCOTEC starts with cosmetic devices in Germany

WELLCOTEC is one of the first companies to start selling and servicing cosmetic devices in Germany, especially IPL devices for permanent hair removal.

2006

Expansion of the product range & markets

WELLCOTEC is expanding its product range to include additional cosmetic devices such as cryolipolysis devices, ultrasound devices, RF devices and lasers - and is now offering these throughout the DACH region.

CALLEGARI establishes second branch in BENELUX

In 2009, Callegari established a branch in Belgium to directly serve the Benelux region.
